⏳ RETURN PERIOD
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible:

It must be returned in its original packaging with tags attached

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
📍 RETURN ADDRESS
All returns must be sent to our partner fulfillment center in Sydney, Australia.
The exact return address will be provided upon approval of your request.
🚫 NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for:

Custom or personalized items

Sale items or gift cards

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
If you have a specific concern about your product, contact us before sending it back — we’ll review it case by case.
EXCHANGES
We currently don’t offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to change size or style, please return your item first.
Once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the desired item.
🇪🇺 EU CUSTOMERS — 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of delivery — for any reason and without justification.
Your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
💰 REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return:
